Enquiries are stored in our database and accessible to authenticated administrators. Reference images are held in private storage and accessible to our team. Public jewellery photographs are hosted separately. Our hosting and storage providers process this information to operate the website.

Administrator login uses an essential session cookie. This website does not add advertising or analytics cookies. We use temporary rate-limit records derived from request identifiers to help prevent misuse. Our hosting provider may retain technical request logs.

Keeping and removing information

Our team can delete enquiries and their reference images when no longer needed. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of the information you supplied, or to ask about retention.

External services

WhatsApp and social links open third-party services. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them. Your enquiry form is saved in our inbox; it is not automatically posted to social media.
